I identify gaps and inefficiencies in process workflows and information systems, and recommend solutions that respond to evolving business demands. Through stakeholder engagement, I establish project governance, verify, validate and document requirements, assess current states as well as define future states, and conduct an array of assessments including risk analysis and cost-benefit analysis. I serve as a subject matter expert for technical teams, help lead the charge of implementing solutions, and oversee continous improvements.
I design and develop learning experiences that impart knowledge and skills onto others using a variety of multimedia tools and learning aids. I assess training requirements, define learning objectives and outcomes, conduct research, work collaboratively with subject matter experts to curate content, and determine the most effective means of delivering training. I incorporate audio, video, animations, gaming activities, scenario-based learning, simulations, personalized learning paths, gamification, knowledge checks and graded tests into courses and programs where it makes sense to create the best interactive learning experience possible.
I analyze training needs in collaboration with management and create comprehensive learning plans that align with corporate objectives. I develop cirriculum for applied learning, schedule training events, prepare communication plans, coordinate logistics, and facilitate in-person training sessions as well as live and pre-recorded webinars. I track the compliancy and progress of learners, monitor test results, and generate reports for management. I elicit feedback from surveys and by other means to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make revisions to content, as required.
I formulate strategies for determining impacts of proposed changes to environments as well as for addressing stakeholder resistence to change in effort to gain buy-in and leadership support. I develop change management action plans and execute them upon receiving approvals to move forward with projects. I communicate operational changes to stakeholders throughout every stage of the journey and provide coaching and guidance so transition occurs as smoothly as possible and adoption of change is successful.
I manage projects that are within my domain from inception to close. I work with department heads to identify project goals, objectives, and scope. I create detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, required resources, project costs, and deliverables. I assign work to individuals, lead project teams and provide support as needed, identify potential risks to projects and resolve any issues that arise along the way. I communicate regularly with project teams to ensure projects stay on track and with stakeholders to keep them informed on the status of projects.
I establish quality standards for development and set performance benchmarks to ensure project teams deliver high-calibre products that meet expectations, within project timelines. I create test plans and scripts to validate product functionality as well as track any defficiencies, defects, and deviations from specifications that are detected during various phases of testing. I communicate findings with developers to resolve reported issues and ultimately ensure that end-products work as they should before going live.
